The same return conditions apply to both standard products and products manufactured to custom dimensions.
Return shipping
The buyer pays the return shipping cost.

Parts warranty
The 2026 döner and chicken catalogues state a two-year spare-parts warranty, subject to supplied terms and the sales agreement; shipping is excluded. Labour coverage and the terms for other equipment families require model-specific written confirmation.
